Ingredients

2 cups Cooked Beets, diced
ยฝ cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
ยผ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
ยผ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
ยฝ teaspoon Salt
ยผ teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
