Ingredients
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
Instructions
1. Combine all the spices in a small bowl.
2. Whisk together until evenly mixed.
3. Transfer to an airtight jar or container and store in a cool, dry place.
4. Use about 1 to 2 tablespoons of seasoning per pound of meat or vegetables.
