Instructions

- Add the cream of tartar and salt to the egg whites. Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites on high speed until they form stiff, glossy peaks
- To the egg yolks, add the softened cream cheese. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well combined
- Gently fold the yolk mixture into the stiff egg whites using a spatula, just until no streaks of yellow remai
- Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 6-8 round breads. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch
