Ingredients

Instructions
- 1. Season the steak with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- 2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3. Cook steak to desired doneness, then remove from heat and rest briefly.
- 4. Slice steak thinly against the grain.
- 5. Prepare the sauce by whisking Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
