- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt to a microwave-safe mug and mix well
- 2. Stir in milk, oil or melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth
- 3. Fold in chocolate chips if using
- 4. Microwave on high for 60โ75 seconds until the brownie is just set
- 5. Let cool for 1 minute before eating directly from the mug
