- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 6 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- For the cream cheese swirl:
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and white chocolate, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- 3. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- 4. Fold in flour and salt until just mixed. Do not overmix.
- 5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- 6. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth.
- 7. Dollop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter and swirl with a knife.
- 8. Bake for 25โ30 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
- 9. Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For an extra twist, fold chopped white chocolate or raspberries into the brownie batter.
- Chill before slicing for cleaner edges.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
