Instructions
- 1. Line a tray or baking sheet with parchment paper and place rice cakes on top.
- 2. In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt chocolate and coconut oil (if using) until smooth.
- 3. Spoon or spread melted chocolate evenly over the top of each rice cake.
- 4. Add toppings immediately while chocolate is still soft.
- 5. Chill in the refrigerator for 10โ15 minutes or until chocolate is set.
- 6. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
