Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 large cucumber, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt

1/2 cup coconut water or regular water

Juice of 1/2 lime

1โ€“2 tsp honey or agave (optional, to taste)

Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

1. Add pineapple, cucumber, yogurt, coconut water, lime juice, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.

2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

3. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until frothy.

4. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime as needed.

Notes

For a thinner smoothie, add more water or coconut water.
