Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut water or regular water
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1โ2 tsp honey or agave (optional, to taste)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Add pineapple, cucumber, yogurt, coconut water, lime juice, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
- 2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- 3. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until frothy.
- 4. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime as needed.
- 5. Pour into a glass and garnish with mint leaves if using.
- 6. Serve immediately and enjoy chilled.
Notes
- For a thinner smoothie, add more water or coconut water.
- Add a handful of spinach or kale for extra greens without changing the flavor much.
- Use frozen pineapple for a naturally cold and thick consistency.
