A flavorful and easy Crockpot Parmesan Garlic Chicken recipe made with tender chicken breasts, creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce, and herbs—perfect for busy weeknights and meal prepping.
Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Optional: cooked pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes for serving
Instructions
1. Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
2. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper, onion powder, and salt until well combined.
3. Pour sauce mixture over the chicken.
4. Top with butter pieces.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
6. Shred chicken directly in the crockpot or serve whole.
7. Stir sauce to coat evenly, then garnish with chopped parsley.
8. Serve over cooked pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and melting.
For a thinner sauce, add extra milk or chicken broth at the end.
This recipe can be doubled and stored in the fridge up to 4 days or frozen for 2 months.
