- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Optional: barbecue sauce or honey garlic sauce for glazing
Instructions
- 1. Pat chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Rub chicken legs with olive oil, then coat evenly with seasoning mixture.
- 4. Place chicken legs in the crockpot.
- 5. Pour chicken broth around the chicken.
- 6. Cover and cook on LOW for 5โ6 hours or HIGH for 3โ4 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- 7. Optional: Brush with sauce and broil for 3โ5 minutes to crisp the skin.
- 8. Serve hot.

- For crispy skin, always finish chicken under the broiler.
