Description

Tender, fall-off-the-bone crockpot chicken legs slow-cooked in a flavorful seasoning blend an easy, hands-off dinner perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Optional: barbecue sauce or honey garlic sauce for glazing

Instructions

  • 1. Pat chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
  • 2. In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • 3. Rub chicken legs with olive oil, then coat evenly with seasoning mixture.
  • 4. Place chicken legs in the crockpot.
  • 5. Pour chicken broth around the chicken.
  • 6. Cover and cook on LOW for 5โ€“6 hours or HIGH for 3โ€“4 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.
  • 7. Optional: Brush with sauce and broil for 3โ€“5 minutes to crisp the skin.
  • 8. Serve hot.
