  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
  • 4. Add onion and cook until softened, then stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • 5. Season with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, and red pepper flakes if using.
  • 6. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for 3โ€“4 minutes.
  • 7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
  • 8. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated.
  • 9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
