Description
A tender roasted turkey breast coated in a sweet-tart cranberry orange glaze bursting with holiday flavor and perfect for smaller gatherings or weeknight dinners.

- 1 boneless turkey breast (2โ3 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- 2. Rub the turkey with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- 3. Place the turkey breast on a rack in a roasting pan.
- 4. In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, orange zest, and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Brush half of the glaze over the turkey breast.
- 6. Roast uncovered for 45โ55 minutes, basting with additional glaze every 15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
- 7. Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze. Tent loosely with foil and rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- 8. Serve with extra glaze on the side.
Notes
- You can use leftover cranberry sauce for the glaze.
- Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a subtle heat.
- This recipe also works beautifully with bone-in turkey breast; just adjust cooking time as needed.
