- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen hash browns
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Spread cooked sausage and bacon evenly in the baking dish.
- 4. Add hash browns in an even layer.
- 5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- 6. Pour egg mixture evenly over all ingredients.
- 7. Bake uncovered for 35โ40 minutes until eggs are set and top is lightly golden.
- 8. Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with green onions if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- This casserole can be assembled the night before and baked in the morning.
- Swap sausage for ham or turkey sausage if preferred.
