Ingredients

  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen hash browns
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • 2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • 3. Spread cooked sausage and bacon evenly in the baking dish.
  • 4. Add hash browns in an even layer.
  • 5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  • 6. Pour egg mixture evenly over all ingredients.
  • 7. Bake uncovered for 35โ€“40 minutes until eggs are set and top is lightly golden.
  • 8. Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with green onions if desired, and serve warm.
