Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a loaf pan.
  • 2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • 3. In a separate bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  • 4. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until combined.
  • 5. Stir in milk or coconut milk.

  • 7. Fold in shredded coconut and chopped macadamia nuts.
