Ingredients

- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Red and green holiday sprinkles
- Red and green food coloring (optional)
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- 1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- 2. Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- 3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- 4. Fold in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
- 5. If desired, separate the mixture into two bowls and tint one red and one green with food coloring.
- 6. Press mixture into a greased 9×13 pan using lightly greased hands or a spatula.
- 7. Top generously with holiday sprinkles and let cool completely.
- 8. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For extra holiday fun, use Christmas-shaped cookie cutters.
- Store treats in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
