Description

Ingredients

  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Red and green holiday sprinkles
  • Red and green food coloring (optional)
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  • 1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
  • 3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • 4. Fold in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
  • 5. If desired, separate the mixture into two bowls and tint one red and one green with food coloring.
  • 6. Press mixture into a greased 9×13 pan using lightly greased hands or a spatula.
  • 7. Top generously with holiday sprinkles and let cool completely.
  • 8. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes
