Description
Sweet, tangy, and festive holiday meatballs coated in a quick cranberry-barbecue glaze are perfect for parties or easy weeknight dinners.

- 1 lb frozen meatballs (beef or turkey)
- 1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- 1. In a saucepan or skillet, combine cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper.
- 2. Heat over medium, stirring until the mixture is smooth and begins to simmer.
- 3. Add frozen meatballs and stir to coat them evenly in the sauce.
- 4. Cover and simmer on low for 15โ20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are heated through and the sauce has thickened.
- 5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- These meatballs can also be made in a slow cooker cook on LOW for 3 hours.
- Perfect as an appetizer or served over rice or mashed potatoes for a full meal.
