Description
Flaky, buttery puff pastry cups filled with creamy Brie and sweet-tart cranberry sauce an easy, elegant holiday appetizer.

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 wheel Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or whole-berry canned)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- Fresh rosemary, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- 2. Unroll thawed puff pastry and cut into 24 small squares.
- 3. Press each square into a muffin cup to form a pastry shell.
- 4. Place a cube of Brie into each pastry cup.
- 5. Top each with about 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- 6. Bake for 12โ15 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the Brie is melted.
- 7. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with rosemary if desired.
- 8. Serve warm.
Notes
- These can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
- Try swapping cranberry sauce with fig jam or raspberry preserves for variety.
