- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough, quartered
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup and milk until smooth.
- 3. Stir in chicken, frozen vegetables, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
- 4. Pour mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- 5. Scatter biscuit pieces evenly over the top.
- 6. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese if using.
- 7. Bake uncovered for 35โ40 minutes until biscuits are golden and casserole is bubbly.
- 8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
- Add a splash of chicken broth if you prefer a saucier casserole.
