Scale
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup milk (optional, for thinning)

Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

- 3. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and milk if needed.
- 4. Mix until everything is well coated.
- 5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- 6. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
- 7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- 8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Add crushed butter crackers or breadcrumbs on top for crunch.
- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- To make it from scratch, replace canned soup with a homemade roux-based sauce.
