Instructions
- 1. Place potatoes in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Simmer 12โ15 minutes until fork tender.

- 4. In the same skillet, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.
- 5. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk. Cook until thickened, 3โ5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- 6. Drain potatoes and mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- 7. Serve chicken over mashed potatoes with generous spoonfuls of gravy on top.
