Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly moistened.
- 2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- 3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- 4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until combined.
- 5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- 6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
- 7. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
- 8. Top with cherry pie filling, spreading it evenly.
- 9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
