Instructions

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  • 3. Stir in onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
  • 4. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • 5. Stir in tomato paste, paprika, and mustard powder.
  • 6. Pour in beef broth and bring to a gentle boil.
  • 7. Add macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until tender.
  • 8. Reduce heat to low and stir in milk.
  • 9. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  • 10. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • 11. Serve hot with optional toppings if desired.

  • For a thicker soup, reduce the broth slightly.
