Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- 2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- 3. Stir in onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
- 4. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 5. Stir in tomato paste, paprika, and mustard powder.
- 6. Pour in beef broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- 7. Add macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until tender.
- 8. Reduce heat to low and stir in milk.
- 9. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- 10. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 11. Serve hot with optional toppings if desired.
Notes
- For a thicker soup, reduce the broth slightly.
