- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

- 2 piping bags with small round and leaf tips
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter together until creamy and well combined.
- 2. Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
- 3. Transfer about 1/4 cup of frosting to a small bowl and tint orange. Transfer another small amount to a separate bowl and tint green.
- 4. Fill piping bags with the colored frostingโorange in a round tip for carrot shapes, green in a leaf tip for carrot tops.
- 5. Frost the cooled carrot cake with remaining cream cheese frosting using a spatula for a smooth finish.
- 6. Pipe small carrot shapes across the top or edges of the cake using the orange frosting.
- 7. Add green leaves to the tops of each carrot.
- 8. Chill slightly to set frosting before serving.
Notes
- Use gel food coloring for vibrant carrot colors.
- Practice carrot shapes on parchment before piping directly on the cake.
