A trio of simple, satisfying Carnivore Diet desserts that use only animal-based ingredientsโideal for those following zero-carb or strict carnivore lifestyles.
Ingredients
Carnivore Custard:
4 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional if tolerated)
Pinch of salt
Carnivore Cheesecake Bites:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 egg yolk
Optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon
Carnivore Gelatin Pucks:
1 cup bone broth or water
2 tbsp beef gelatin powder
Optional: 1/4 cup heavy cream or egg yolk for richness
Instructions
1. For Carnivore Custard:
2. Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC). Whisk together eggs, cream, salt, and optional vanilla. Pour into ramekins and place in a water bath. Bake for 30โ35 minutes or until set. Chill before serving.

5. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in egg yolk and optional flavor. Spoon into mini muffin cups. Bake at 325ยฐF for 12โ15 minutes. Cool completely and refrigerate.

8. Warm broth or water in a saucepan. Sprinkle in gelatin and whisk until dissolved. Stir in optional cream or yolk. Pour into silicone molds and chill until set, about 2 hours.
Notes
These desserts follow strict carnivore principlesโno sugar, flour, or plant ingredients.
Use pastured eggs, grass-fed cream, and quality gelatin or broth for best results.
