- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional if tolerated)

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- Optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon

- 1 cup bone broth or water
- 2 tbsp beef gelatin powder
- Optional: 1/4 cup heavy cream or egg yolk for richness
Instructions

- 2. Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC). Whisk together eggs, cream, salt, and optional vanilla. Pour into ramekins and place in a water bath. Bake for 30โ35 minutes or until set. Chill before serving.

- 5. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in egg yolk and optional flavor. Spoon into mini muffin cups. Bake at 325ยฐF for 12โ15 minutes. Cool completely and refrigerate.

- 8. Warm broth or water in a saucepan. Sprinkle in gelatin and whisk until dissolved. Stir in optional cream or yolk. Pour into silicone molds and chill until set, about 2 hours.
