- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mayo or burger sauce
- 1 tsp mustard (optional)
Instructions
- 1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- 2. Season cooked beef with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- 3. Warm the cooked rice and divide it evenly between bowls.
- 4. Top each bowl with a portion of seasoned beef.
- 5. Add shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, red onion, and pickles over the beef.
- 6. Drizzle with ketchup, mayo, and mustard or your preferred burger sauce.
- 7. Serve immediately or store components separately for easy meal prep.
