- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 cups chopped romaine or mixed greens (or 2 cups cooked rice for a base)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 avocado, sliced

- For the burger sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- 1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- 2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook another 2 minutes.
- 3. In a small bowl, whisk together all burger sauce ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
- 4. In individual serving bowls, layer your base: lettuce or rice.
- 5. Top with cooked beef, tomatoes, cheese, red onion, pickles, and avocado.
- 6. Drizzle each bowl with burger sauce.
- 7. Serve immediately or pack for meal prep.
Notes
- For a low-carb version, use only greens as the base.
- Customize with your favorite toppings: jalapeรฑos, sautรฉed mushrooms, or a fried egg.
