Description

A quick and tasty Big Mac Wrap that brings all the classic flavors of the famous burger into a handheld, low-mess wrap. Great for lunch or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

Scale

1 pound ground beef (80/20 preferred)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded lettuce

1/4 cup diced onion

1/4 cup diced pickles

1/2 cup Big Mac sauce (or Thousand Island dressing)

Optional: sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.

2. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.

3. Spread 2 tablespoons of Big Mac sauce over the center of each tortilla.

4. Top with a scoop of cooked beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, onion, and pickles.

5. Fold in the sides and roll up the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.

6. (Optional) Place wrap seam-side down on a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes to seal and slightly crisp the outside.

7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the outside for an authentic Big Mac touch.

8. Slice in half and serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.

Notes

To make your own Big Mac sauce, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet relish, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder.

This wrap also works great with ground turkey or plant-based meat alternatives.

Add a second tortilla layer inside for extra structure if overfilled.
