- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3–4 jalapeños, seeded and diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- 3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Fold in shredded chicken, bacon, jalapeños, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese.
- 5. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- 6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- 7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
- 8. Garnish with green onions if desired and serve warm.
