- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup French dressing
- 1 packet (1 oz) dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- 2. Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
- 3. In a bowl, stir together French dressing, onion soup mix, cranberry sauce, and black pepper.
- 4. Pour sauce evenly over the chicken.
- 5. Cover dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- 6. Remove foil and bake an additional 15โ20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce is bubbly.
- 7. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
