Ingredients
1 ยฝ cups All-purpose flour

2 Large eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup (about 2–3 bananas) Very ripe mashed bananas

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pa
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat until light and fluffy
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract
- Fold in the mashed bananas
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix
- Gently stir in the chocolate chips, if using
- Pour the batter into your prepared pan. Spread evenly
