Ingredients
2–4 medium Russet Potatoes
1-2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

- Thoroughly scrub your Russet potatoes under cold water, then pat them completely dry. Use a fork or a small knife to pierce each potato 8-10 times all over to prevent them from exploding in the air fryer

- Place the prepared potatoes in your air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary for even cooking. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 30-45 minutes, adjusting time based on potato size and air fryer model
