- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (205ยฐC) and lightly grease a baking dish or sheet.
- 2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Brush chicken breasts lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
- 4. Press chicken into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides evenly.
- 5. Place coated chicken in the prepared baking dish.
- 6. Bake uncovered for 22โ25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and coating is golden.
- 7. For extra crispiness, broil for 2โ3 minutes at the end.
- 8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
