Description

Juicy baked garlic Parmesan shrimp tossed in butter, garlic, and herbs, then baked until tender and topped with melted Parmesan for an easy, flavorful dinner or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and lightly grease a baking dish
  • 2. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish
  • 3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning
  • 4. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the shrimp and toss gently to coat
  • 5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp
  • 6. Bake for 10โ€“12 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through
  • 7. Optional: broil for 1โ€“2 minutes for a golden cheesy top
  • 8. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges

  • Use fresh or thawed frozen shrimp, patted dry
  • Do not overbake to keep shrimp tender
