Description

A bold and delicious pescatarian pizza topped with tender seafood, melty cheese, and fresh Mediterranean-inspired flavors on a crispy crust.


Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic, minced
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Cooked shrimp
  • Smoked salmon or tuna
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Capers
  • Fresh spinach or arugula
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the oven according to pizza dough instructions or to 475ยฐF (245ยฐC).
  • 2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • 3. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
  • 4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  • 5. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  • 6. Distribute shrimp, smoked salmon or tuna, red onion, tomatoes, and capers evenly.
  • 7. Bake until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • 8. Remove pizza from the oven and top with fresh spinach or arugula.
  • 9. Finish with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes if desired.
  • 10. Slice and serve hot.
