Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- Olive oil
- Garlic, minced
- Pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Cooked shrimp
- Smoked salmon or tuna
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Cherry tomatoes
- Capers
- Fresh spinach or arugula
- Parmesan cheese
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven according to pizza dough instructions or to 475ยฐF (245ยฐC).
- 2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- 3. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
- 4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- 5. Top with mozzarella cheese.
- 6. Distribute shrimp, smoked salmon or tuna, red onion, tomatoes, and capers evenly.
- 7. Bake until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- 8. Remove pizza from the oven and top with fresh spinach or arugula.
- 9. Finish with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes if desired.
- 10. Slice and serve hot.

- Pre-cooked seafood prevents overcooking.
- Pizza stone gives the crispiest crust if available.
