- 4 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices or cooked sausage crumbles
Instructions
- 1. Lay tortillas flat and evenly sprinkle cheese over each.
- 2. Add pepperoni or sausage on top of the cheese.
- 3. Roll tortillas tightly and slice each roll into 1-inch pieces.
- 4. Preheat air fryer to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- 5. Place pizza rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- 6. Air fry for 6โ8 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
- 7. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
