Description
A quick and easy hot pizza bite recipe, perfectly crisp on the outside with gooey mozzarella and zesty pepperoni inside. Great as an appetizer, snack, or lunchbox favorite.

- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni or chopped pepperoni
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil spray or melted butter for brushing
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment.
- 2. Separate biscuit or crescent dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each piece into a small circle.
- 3. Add 1 tsp pizza sauce, a pinch of mozzarella, and a few pepperoni pieces to the center of each dough circle.
- 4. Fold dough around filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- 5. Spray or brush tops with olive oil or melted butter.
- 6. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.
- 7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- 8. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

- Great for meal prep or freezing bake and cool completely before storing.
- Try filling with veggies, sausage, or cooked mushrooms for variations.
- For a crispier crust, bake on a preheated pizza stone.
