Description
This 3-ingredient peanut butter fudge is rich, creamy, and incredibly easy to make—no baking, no candy thermometer, just simple ingredients and melt-in-your-mouth flavor.
Ingredients
2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk.
3. Stir continuously until mixture is smooth and heated through, about 3–5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
5. Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
7. Cut into squares and serve. Store leftovers in the fridge.
Notes
For a twist, sprinkle sea salt, chocolate chips, or chopped peanuts on top before chilling.
Use natural peanut butter only if well-stirred—avoid extra oily versions.
Fudge can be frozen for up to 1 month in an airtight container.
