This 3-ingredient peanut butter fudge is rich, creamy, and incredibly easy to make no baking, no candy thermometer, just simple ingredients and melt-in-your-mouth flavor.

- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- 2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk.
- 3. Stir continuously until mixture is smooth and heated through, about 3โ5 minutes.
- 4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- 5. Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- 6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- 7. Cut into squares and serve. Store leftovers in the fridge.
Notes
- For a twist, sprinkle sea salt, chocolate chips, or chopped peanuts on top before chilling.
- Use natural peanut butter only if well-stirred avoid extra oily versions.
- Fudge can be frozen for up to 1 month in an airtight container.
