  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 2. Season steak with garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  • 3. Sear steak slices for 2โ€“3 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • 4. In a separate bowl, toss cooked rice with chopped cilantro and lime juice.
